The reliable ways to find the real profile
- Start from a link the creator controls — their verified X/Twitter bio, their own website, or a verified directory profile.
- Check the handles match — a real creator’s OnlyFans, Fansly and socials usually share a consistent username.
- Look for a verified badge and a recent last-verified date on directory profiles.
- Be suspicious of anyone messaging you first asking to move platforms or pay outside the platform.
Red flags a profile is fake
- Slightly different username (extra letters, numbers, or underscores).
- Prices that seem too good, or urgent “limited time” pressure in DMs.
- Requests to pay by gift card, crypto, or bank transfer instead of the platform.
