WinkView respects intellectual property and the rights of the people it lists. We do not host creators’ photos, videos or paid content — the directory contains factual details and links only. If you believe something here infringes your rights, or you want an entry about you removed, we make it easy.
Fastest route for creators
If you’re the person named or depicted, the quickest way to correct or remove your entry is the Your listing form — no reason or ID required, handled within 72 hours.
Filing a copyright or removal notice
To report an infringement or request removal, email hello@winkview.com with:
- Your name and contact details;
- Identification of the material or entry concerned, including the URL on winkview.com;
- What you’d like done — removal or correction;
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised;
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
Counter-notice
If content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply with a counter-notice explaining why, and we’ll review it.
What happens next
We act on valid notices promptly — removal requests within 72 hours. Removed pages are also de-indexed from Google and added to a block list so they aren’t recreated.
