S4S ROI calculator for OnlyFans
Work out whether a shoutout swap or a paid shoutout is worth it. Enter the partner’s audience and her usual rates, and see the subscribers and net revenue it should bring in, plus the most you should pay.
The shoutout
Drag the sliders or type the numbers. Use real rates from her tracking links once you have them.
Deal typeDefaults are typical starting points, not guarantees. Run one tracking link per partner so you can replace the guesses with her real click and subscribe rates after the first few swaps.

What is S4S on OnlyFans?
S4S means shoutout for shoutout: two creators promote each other to their audiences, usually with a story, a post or a pinned mention on their OnlyFans page. No money changes hands. A paid shoutout is the same thing, except one side pays instead of promoting back.
How the calculator works
It follows the shoutout from start to finish. The partner’s audience times her reach gives the people who see it. A share of those tap the link, and a share of the clicks subscribe. Each new subscriber is worth her subscription price plus what fans spend on PPV and tips, for as long as they stay, minus the platform fee.
For a paid shoutout, the calculator compares that value with the price and tells you the break-even point and the most you should offer. As a rule, keep the price below about 70% of the expected net revenue, because the rates are estimates until you have tracked a few swaps.
How to get real numbers
- Create one OnlyFans tracking link per partner, so every sub is attributed to the right swap.
- After three to five swaps, replace the defaults with her real click and subscribe rates.
- Drop partners whose audience does not convert, even if they are big. Reach without clicks is noise.
Questions agencies ask
Is S4S worth it on OnlyFans?
Usually, when the partner’s audience is a similar niche and actually engaged. A swap costs nothing but a shoutout in return, so even a handful of subscribers is profit. Run the numbers above before accepting paid shoutouts.
How much should I pay for a shoutout?
Less than the net revenue it brings in, with a margin for error. Enter the partner’s audience and your rates, switch to paid shoutout, and the calculator shows the break-even price and a safe maximum offer.
What is a good click rate for a shoutout?
Around 1 to 3% of viewers for a story shoutout is a common starting point, and around 5 to 15% of clicks subscribe on a well-set-up page. Your own tracking links will tell you the real figure.
Where do I find S4S partners?
Look for creators in the same niche with a similar audience: creator group chats, agency contacts and accounts her fans already follow. Ask for recent story views before you agree, then run the numbers here. While you set up swaps, WinkView keeps her feed full: the Video Editor turns her raw clips into ready-to-post videos and Reposting posts them everywhere, every day. See pricing.
