How WinkView researches, sources, verifies and corrects its content
WinkView is an independent, consent-first directory and editorial resource for verified creators on platforms such as OnlyFans and Fansly. We publish under our brand name rather than under individual bylines. This is a deliberate, privacy-first choice — the same model used by established consumer-information organisations — and it does not lower the standard we hold our content to. These are the standards our editorial team works to.
Why we publish under the WinkView brand
We publish under the WinkView brand rather than under individual bylines. This is a deliberate, privacy-first choice: our niche demands discretion, and brand-level accountability lets us maintain consistent standards without exposing individuals — the same model used by established consumer-information organisations. It does not lower the standard we hold our content to.
Who writes and reviews our content
WinkView content is produced and reviewed by the WinkView editorial team. Articles are researched, drafted, fact-checked and edited in-house before publication. Where a topic touches money, law or safety (for example Swiss tax, AHV and MWST obligations for creators, image rights and takedown of non-consensual images, or age-verification law), we hold it to a higher review bar before it goes live and we date it clearly.
How we verify creator listings
A creator is only listed after we confirm the link points to that creator’s own official account. We check the account against the creator’s own cross-linked profiles and public signals of authenticity. We do not list minors, and we do not list any account we cannot confirm as genuine and consensual. Listings are removed promptly on a valid request from the creator (see Consent and removals).
Consent and removals
WinkView is consent-first. If you are a creator and want your listing changed or removed, or if you believe an image or link on our site is used without consent, contact us at hello@winkview.com or use our listing change and removal form, and we will act on valid requests without unnecessary delay. We also point creators and members of the public to the correct legal and platform channels for removing non-consensual or infringing material.
How we source
For legal, tax and safety topics we cite primary, authoritative sources — official government and tax authorities, the relevant statutes, and official platform policies — and we link to them so readers can check for themselves. We distinguish clearly between what the law or an authority says and WinkView’s general explanation of it.
This is general information, not individual advice
Our tax, legal and safety articles explain rules in general terms. They are not individual tax, legal or financial advice, and laws change. For a decision that affects you, consult a qualified professional or the relevant authority.
How we keep content current
Money, legal and safety articles carry a visible “last reviewed” date. We review these articles on a regular cycle and after known changes in the law or platform policy, and we update the date when we revise them.
How we correct errors
If we get something wrong, we fix it. Report an error to hello@winkview.com. We correct confirmed factual errors promptly and, where the correction is material, note on the page what changed and when. We do not silently rewrite history on substantive corrections.
Independence
Creator listings on WinkView are free. WinkView is independent and is not affiliated with, operated by or endorsed by OnlyFans, Fansly or any other platform. We do not host explicit content.
